Seats and bags must both fit

Standard estimates support up to seven travellers and VIP up to five, subject to confirmed vehicle and luggage. Larger parties receive a custom quote. Seven seats do not establish capacity for seven large cases plus strollers and golf clubs.

Golf and sports equipment

List golf bags, diving gear and oversized items individually, with packed dimensions where useful. Check secure transport alongside passengers and child seats. Golf access and tee times are separate from airport transport.

Different arriving flights

Give every flight number and scheduled arrival. A combined car can mean the first travellers wait for later guests. Confirm the delay and waiting policy, or request separate rides if the arrivals do not reliably align.

Weddings and several hotels

Give each hotel, passenger split and requested stop order. Quote a multi-stop route explicitly; one hotel’s planning rate does not establish the price of a wedding schedule or island tour. Choose one reachable group contact.
