Aruba airport taxi, private transfer or shared shuttle?

Licensed airport taxi

Aruba Airport Authority directs visitors to the government calculator at taxi.aw for current fares. Taxi pricing follows regulated routes and conditions. Enter the actual destination, travel date, time, passenger count and bags before comparing a taxi with a private quote.

Pre-booked private vehicle

A private transfer is reserved for your travelling party. Confirm the exact vehicle, luggage capacity, meeting instructions, waiting allowance and all-in fare. Our displayed Standard and VIP numbers are planning estimates; sending the form does not reserve a driver.

Shared airport shuttle

A shared service can involve a per-person fare, waiting for other guests and several hotel stops. Compare your whole group’s total and check the hotel coverage. A low per-person headline and a private whole-vehicle amount measure different things.

Public transport

Arubus is the island’s public transport operator. Verify current routes, nearest stops, service times and luggage practicality with the operator. A stop near an airport road does not establish an arrivals-hall service or a hotel-lobby drop-off.

Rental car

A rental can make sense for several days of independent travel. Compare parking, collection time, insurance, child seats and the return process. A private arrival transfer can still be useful if the rental starts later; price the two arrangements separately.

Compare equivalent journeys

Ask every provider for the same route, flight, date, passengers and bags. Record the currency, journey direction, taxes, extra stops, cancellation conditions and total. Choose based on the complete journey.
