Aruba Airport arrivals: from AUA to your hotel

Before flying to Aruba

Check your airline documents and complete entry requirements through the official Aruba ED Card portal. Use the airport code AUA on your transfer request, plus the arrival date, flight number, full accommodation name, passenger count and luggage. A flight landing time is not the time you will be outside with your bags.

After landing at Queen Beatrix

Complete immigration, collect checked bags and follow customs instructions before meeting a pre-booked vehicle. Processing varies with arriving flights and baggage delivery. Keep your booking contact and written meeting instructions accessible without relying on airport Wi-Fi.

Find the ride you actually reserved

For a private transfer, use the meeting point and identifying details in your confirmation. For an airport taxi, follow signs to the designated taxi service. A generic photograph of arrivals does not establish the current pickup spot, particularly during Gateway 2030 works.

If the driver is not visible

Stay near the agreed public meeting point and contact the dispatcher using the confirmation details. Provide the flight number and a clear description of where you are. Check the arrangement before leaving with an unrelated vehicle.

If the flight or luggage is delayed

Notify the booking team about a flight change, missed connection or lengthy baggage problem. Ask about monitoring, included waiting time and extra charges when accepting the quote. Dispatch and waiting arrangements need written confirmation.

Choose the correct coast

Palm Beach and Eagle Beach lie northwest of AUA. Savaneta, San Nicolas and Baby Beach are to the southeast. A hotel’s full name and map location matter more than an island-wide resort description.
