A listing title is not an address
Send the actual address, complex or villa name and map pin. Labels such as near Palm Beach or ocean view do not identify the drive. A rental agency can manage homes in several different zones.
Arrange host access
Confirm keys or host meeting time with the accommodation. Keep access codes in private communications with the appropriate person. A transfer does not guarantee entry to an unstaffed or locked property.
Road and driveway access
Ask the host whether the road and driveway suit the proposed vehicle, especially for remote or gated accommodation. Agree another meeting point if needed. A standard airport vehicle does not include off-road trail access.
Return from the same address
Send the exact map pin and a reachable contact for departure. Check gate access for early pickup. If the accommodation changes, obtain a revised fare and time before assuming the original return still applies.
