Give the complete route when requesting the ride
State AUA, the intended shop and the final accommodation address. Ask whether the stop is possible at your flight’s arrival time and whether store opening hours fit. A normal direct airport estimate does not include shopping time. Delays at immigration or baggage can also change whether a planned stop remains practical.
Confirm the waiting allowance
Ask how many minutes are included, what happens if shopping takes longer and whether a vehicle can remain at the store. A provider’s published grocery-stop offer is its own product, not a universal charge. Our enquiry needs a written add-on quote before a stop can be treated as confirmed.
Leave space for the shopping
Suitcases, golf bags and strollers can fill the vehicle before groceries are added. Send a realistic luggage list and explain if you intend to buy bulky supplies. Keep temperature-sensitive items in mind and ask the accommodation about arrival access before loading shopping for an unconfirmed check-in.
Keep another arrival option
If the flight is late or the store is closed, agree whether the ride should continue directly to the property. Delivery, shopping later or a separately booked local journey may fit better. Have the host’s instructions ready so the final drop-off does not depend on an unavailable reception.
