Identify the sailing
Give the vessel, sailing date, cruise line and last boarding time. The port is close to AUA by road, but immigration, baggage and ship check-in still take time. A flight landing time is not a terminal-ready time.
Agree the permitted drop-off
Port access depends on current security and terminal arrangements. Confirm where the vehicle may stop and what movement with bags remains. Do not assume a car can drive to the gangway.
Protect the connection
Ask the cruise line about same-day flights and disruption cover. A short drive does not solve a delayed flight or missed boarding. Leave a realistic buffer and consider an earlier island arrival when warranted.
Ship to airport
Provide the disembarkation date, realistic release time and departure flight. Ship arrival is not necessarily passenger release. US-bound flights also need check-in, security and preclearance time.
