Start with the actual sequence
Write the dates and hotel names in order. Include the arrival flight for the first leg and the departure flight for the final leg. A return estimate normally assumes the same accommodation as the arrival; it does not establish the price from a second hotel. Ask for the final hotel to be named explicitly in the return confirmation.
Palm Beach to Eagle Beach is a local move
These hotel areas are on the same northwest coast, but the properties have separate receptions and check-in times. Ask the first hotel about luggage storage and the second about early arrival. A transfer can move your bags to a permitted arrival point; it cannot guarantee a room is ready or arrange storage without the hotel’s agreement.
A move to Baby Beach changes the return
Secrets Baby Beach and nearby Sero Colorado stays are southeast of the airport, while the high-rise resorts are northwest. The second airport leg needs its own road estimate and pickup calculation. Do not keep a Palm Beach departure time automatically after moving to the opposite end of the island.
Quote the middle journey separately
Provide both addresses, preferred pickup time, passengers and luggage for the hotel-to-hotel leg. Shopping, sightseeing or restaurant stops make it a different itinerary. An airport fare is not a universal hourly transport rate, and a round-trip airport booking does not imply a free hotel change.
Keep one written itinerary
Check that all three journeys show the service date, Aruba local time, meeting point, complete fare and relevant provider. If one hotel changes, send the revised sequence so the affected legs can be checked. Keep luggage needs consistent across the trip, including equipment or purchases added during the stay.
