Read the actual voucher
Look for a named transfer operator, meeting instructions and the hotel covered. If the package says transportation is included but supplies no usable details, ask the seller to clarify before flying. A hotel’s general all-inclusive description does not tell you which airport ride has been reserved for your arrival.
Private and shared products differ
An included shared shuttle may have several hotel stops and a per-person reservation. A separate private vehicle is reserved for your party, subject to confirmation. Compare capacity, luggage and the complete trip before paying for an upgrade. Ask whether the existing arrangement can be changed without a cancellation penalty.
Use the full resort name
RIU Palace Aruba and RIU Palace Antillas have separate arrivals. Divi Phoenix is on Palm Beach, while Divi All Inclusive and Tamarijn are in the Druif area. Secrets Baby Beach is southeast of AUA. The resort brand alone is insufficient for a route or pickup calculation.
Check the return leg too
An arrival voucher may require a separate return reconfirmation with its operator. Check the departure flight, date, vehicle meeting point and hotel pickup time. If buying an independent ride, make sure the earlier package arrangement is not still expecting you, and obtain any cancellation or refund decision directly from its seller.
